Epoxy pipe lining restores a leaking or corroded water line without tearing out your slab, walls or yard. We clean the inside of the existing pipe, then blow an NSF-approved epoxy coating through it under high air pressure, end to end. The old pipe becomes the form for a new, jointless one. Hot and cold slab lines, the main from the meter to the house, chiller and fire lines — 1/2 inch to 6 inch.
Traditional slab leak repair means opening the floor; a main line replacement means a trench across the yard. Epoxy lining skips both. We isolate the line, dry it, abrasive-clean the inside to bare metal, then blow a drinking-water-safe epoxy coating through under high air pressure so it bonds to the full length of the pipe wall. Pinholes seal, corrosion stops, and the line is back in service the same day.
It is the right call for copper pinhole leaks in slab lines, for a mainline from the meter to the house that you don't want to trench, for lines under pavers, decking and finished concrete, and for commercial chiller, fire and hydrant lines where excavation is impractical. Matt is a licensed epoxy pipe (ePIPE) installer and the process is approved under the plumbing code and NSF-certified for drinking water.
It isn't for everything. A pipe that is crushed, collapsed or badly undersized needs replacement, and a line with too many fittings in a short run may be better re-routed. We tell you which on the phone first, then confirm with a camera and pressure test before any lining starts. If a repipe is the better answer, we'll say so.

Priced per line after a camera and pressure inspection — usually less than breaking concrete and re-pouring. Call (702) 682-1626 for an honest phone estimate.
We isolate the line, dry it with heated air, abrasive-clean the inside to bare metal, then blow an NSF-approved epoxy through the pipe under high air pressure. It coats the full inside wall, seals pinholes and stops corrosion. The old pipe stays in place as the form for the new lining.
Copper, galvanized and most metal water lines from 1/2 inch to 6 inch — hot and cold slab lines, the main from the meter to the house, and commercial chiller, fire and hydrant lines. Collapsed or crushed pipe can't be lined and needs replacement.
Usually a few hours. Most residential lines are lined and back in service the same day.
